How credits work

Monthly AI credits
Your plan's AI credits arrive at the start of each billing month. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of that month. Annual plans receive the same credits every month.
Team credits
Team and Institutional credits belong to the organisation and are shared by its members. Adding members does not add credits. Admins can set a monthly limit for each member.
Video credits
Video credits are bought separately, in packs, by any signed-in account. Purchased video credits never expire.
What a job costs
Every model is priced separately, by resolution, length and options. You see the credits a job needs before you generate, and it never costs more than that.
Failed jobs
If a job fails, its credits come back. For a job with several steps, a step that already finished stays charged and the rest come back.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from billing. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for.
Fair use
Requests are rate limited to protect the service. Prices exclude any applicable tax.
