The aspect ratio always stays the same. At Original the size stays the same; 2X to 16X make it larger. Results are capped at 8,192 pixels on the long side, and the panel shows the exact output size before you start.

Most images are ready in 10 to 60 seconds. Very large results at 8X or 16X, and Topaz Enhance, can take up to a few minutes.
Which model should I choose?+
